Last week we had an emergency with our Ford Freestyle (a marmot hitched a ride in the engine somewhere in Jackson, WY) and Jason was the service advisor handling the car. As your shop was quite busy, ahead of the upcoming long weekend, he was not sure how quickly the damages could be assessed and fixed. He exceeded expectations by getting the problems resolved quickly ... so we could get back on our road trip. We did not encounter any other issues and made it home safely. We would like to extend our thanks to Jason. Hope you have some sort of employee recognition program because he certainly deserves a gold star for his service.

I have to commend your office, especially Rachel Martin, on her continuous effort to try and find the truck we were looking for. Rachel was courteous and thorough in her replies. She went above and beyond trying to help us and when a question was asked she first confirmed with the manager on call that what she was relaying was correct. I wanted to say THANK YOU to the service person that answered my call a couple of minutes ago. I am approx. 200 miles away and the air suspension in my 2007 Expedition is not working. I have it at a mechanic here in Pinedale, he gave me an option to put shocks on instead of fixing air suspension (due to price difference). I wanted to make sure this was a good option ... so I call Ford in Rock Springs and was told they couldn't give me any information without seeing the truck. Your person talked/listened to me and told me what could be wrong but also agreed it would be ok to do the shocks. Thank you!!! This made me feel better about the shock option. I had just bought a new Ford Explorer in Utah and was headed north when I noticed that an exterior rubber gasket at the base of the passenger window got sucked down into the door apparently when the window had been lowered. It was raining too, so I panicked. I called the nearest dealer, Broadway in Idaho Falls, and was lucky enough to be routed to Robert Wadsworth in ... the body shop. He handled the warranty through texted photos that I sent to his phone, and he had the replacement part the next day.. When I tried to arrange an appointment to have the new piece installed, Robert said, "You just show up and we'll take care of you" I think it took his shop all of 15 minutes to replace the piece and the work was perfect. My only regret: that I did not buy the car from Broadway. That is one impressive, modern facility. You could safely eat breakfast off the pristine floor of the huge service facility. Also, the service manger, Randy Cate, was very helpful answering questions I had about my new car. Thank you, Randy and many, many thanks to Robert
